I’ve been in this business for 10 years; I started working for my father who showed me the ropes, and after 30 years he has recently retired.
I grew up in California and went to the University of Florida where I majored in Construction Management. I have been involved in hundreds of transactions and have a deep understanding of this business, which allows me to consistently take transactions to the finish line.
What motivates you to succeed?
I appreciate the hard work my developer clients put into building something from the ground up and the risk they take on every development. It’s a lot of exposure, something I don’t believe enough brokers appreciate.
What did you do before you got into real estate?
I started running my own construction jobs in high school and owned and operated my own construction company after college. I was “bags on,” meaning I swung a hammer every day and did paperwork and bid for jobs at night. It’s given me insight into what goes into building something from the ground up.
What's different about Capital Pacific?
I like the collaborative approach at Capital Pacific. More and more smaller companies are being merged into larger global organizations, and I feel that there are fewer firms that truly have a core of like-minded specialists working together to provide their clients with the best possible service.
